By participating in InCard Marketing Sdn Bhd (InCard), we will collect and use information about you and any additional collectors within your account. This information includes your registration details, information about the use of your InCard card, shopping purchases and other information that you give us (together "your information"):
- Name, identity card number, date of birth, gender and race
- Mobile phone is compulsory for technical support, customer service and membership identity
- Address, mobile number(s) and email address
- Occupation, marital status and household income
- Purchase history and any transaction data
- Any other personal data required for the purposes as set out below
Purpose of collecting your data
The personal data previously collected from you is being, and will continue to be used for purposes including without limitation:
- To process your Membership application
- To process the Membership activation, validation and verification purpose
- To operate your Account
- To facilitate access to and use of the website and mobile services relating to the Account
- To make decisions in relation to Member, including (without limitation), suspend the provision of services or terminate the Membership
- To confirm, update and enhance your records
- To monitor volume and spend information
- To identify and (if possible) prevent fraud For marketing purposes (subject to any objections received and/or consents obtained, for which see below)
- To update your status as a Member
- To reply to enquiries made via in-person, call, text, email, letter, or social media platforms
- To fulfill your requests including redemption requests
- To administer your participation in contests, workshops and any form of events
How will your information be used?
Your information may be analyzed to see how you use the InCard program, to understand your shopping behavior and we may send you (and/or additional collectors on your account) information and offers for the products or services which are most likely to interest you. You agree to receive these communications in order to enjoy the benefits of participating in InCard program.
Who will we share your information with?
We will only share your information within the InCard group and with companies participating in InCard and their group of companies. We protect your information, our business depends on it.
